Compliance statement

CivTech commits to making its websites accessible in line with the accessibility regulations. This accessibility statement applies to civtech.scot. It was prepared in March 2022.

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG) A and AA success criteria. An accessibility expert audited the website in February 2022. Most issues found were fixed. The following issues were not.

Non-accessible content

Not compliant with the accessibility regulations:

  • Submitting the contact form using the keyboard doesn’t change focus if there is an error and error messages aren’t associated with fields in error, which will make the errors harder to find for some users

  • On our blog index page, images and titles are separate links to the same content, which may create clutter for some users.
