The Opportunity
Comhairle enables scalable, cost-effective public deliberation to rebuild trust in democratic processes. While governments are key users, the platform also serves educational institutions, civil agencies, and companies seeking meaningful engagement with their communities. This presents a global commercial opportunity across diverse sectors committed to participatory decision-making.
Next Steps
Through the CivTech process we have built and tested a strong MVP. Over the next 18 months, we’ll partner with the Scottish Government to expand the platform’s capabilities, address larger and more varied use cases, and engage new clients across sectors in Scotland and internationally.
