Arcology
Cairn is an AI-assisted platform for Scottish schools that replaces the fragmented, time-consuming process of recording behavioural incidents. Staff describe what happened in their own words and Cairn produces a formal report, populates the required compliance fields across each system, prepares parent communications, and tracks follow-up actions, all from a single conversation. Recording time drops from up to 90 minutes to under 10, while structured data flows through to local authorities, creating the first comprehensive picture of school behaviour.

The Opportunity
Schools and regulated care services face mounting incident recording obligations with no shared infrastructure to absorb them. Cairn starts with Scottish schools and nurseries, expanding to English, Welsh, and Irish education, before extending into children's homes, social care, healthcare, and other settings supporting vulnerable people, both at home and abroad.
Next Steps
Through 2026, Cairn will complete school pilots in Scotland and raise pre-seed funding to bring the product to full commercial readiness. From 2027, commercial rollout begins across Scottish and UK schools. By 2028, Cairn expands into the UK care sector, international education markets, and other regulated sectors supporting vulnerable people.
