Poteris CIC

Chalk Access helps teachers find, implement and align evidence-based strategies for students with Additional Support Needs (ASN).

Teachers receive contextual recommendations from validated Scottish frameworks, including CIRCLE, the Addressing Dyslexia Toolkit and the Autism Toolbox, refined based on their students’ specific needs and school policies.

As teachers use the product, their activity automatically creates a live overview for ASN leads and powers daily staffing allocation, joining up a school's ASN provision without any extra admin.

The Opportunity

By joining up strategy, alignment and staffing in a single platform, Chalk Access complements existing school management systems, positioning it for growth across 25,000+ schools in the UK and internationally.

Next Steps

We begin by rolling out the solution to pilot schools in our 6 partner local authorities. By the end of 2027, we aim to have 12+ Scottish local authorities actively onboarded with a roadmap to the remaining 20, and a plan for expansion into England and international markets underway through existing school relationships.
