Issues accessing the Public Contracts Scotland website

We have been made aware of the issues affecting access to the Public Contract Scotland (PCS) website.

The CivTech team are unfortunately unable to fix any issues relating to the PCS site, however we are aware of the problems and we will evaluate the situation and any effect on our CivTech Round 12 Challenge Notices throughout the course of today, Monday 19th October 2026.
